Rockline EZP1
The Rockline EZP1 Precleaner features a unique uni-blade design that combines simple, do-it-yourself installation, quick maintenance and effective cleaning results with a price tag that you can afford.
The faceted profile of the ConShearTM blade sets it apart from ordinary solid blades. Conventional blades lose their cleaning edge and become dull and bull-nosed. But the ConShear blade renews its edge as it wears. The blade forms a new shearing edge once wear reaches each new faceted blade section, resulting in continuous cleaning efficiency throughout the life of the blade.
The EZP1 works with Flexco mechanical splices. The spring tensioner quickly moves the blade away from the belt when a splice passes. The polyurethane blade easily glides over the splice without dam- age and with minimal cleaning disruption. Combine the EZP1 with our Flexco VPTM fasteners for in- creased cleaner/fastener interface. The VP’s rubber-covered top plates are ideal for highly abrasive materials such as sand, gravel and crushed stone; and help to extend the life of your belt cleaner blade.
The Rockline EZP1 Precleaner comes com- plete with everything you need for installation. Universal mounting plates make installation easy on chutes or open-head conveyors.
Maintenance is also simple. Blade tension can be checked with visual inspection of the tensioning spring. And blade replacement is as easy as pulling the pin and inserting the new blade.
Eliminator H-Type
Unlike ordinary pre-cleaners the H-Type features a unique design that maintains cleaning efficiency, even as the blade wears. Segmented blades are mounted on individual, pre-tensioned cushions. This means consistent blade tension is maintained across the width of the belt - especially at the faster-wearing, material
carrying centre of the belt. The benefits: superior cleaning combined with much less blade-tensioning maintenance.
Designed for installation on the head pulley - the most practical location for carry-back removal - the H-Type is suitable as a single cleaner in light- or medium-duty applications. And in applications requiring heavy-duty, high- performance cleaning, the H-Type can be teamed with Eliminator secondary cleaners.
The H-Type also delivers excellent service as a reversing cleaner when installed at both the head pulley and tail pulley.
The H-Type offers a choice of two application-matched blades. The XF2-Tip is a specially formulated, long wearing urethane blade tip. Plus the XF2-Tip’s impact-resistant, reinforced nylon base offers rigidity and minimal deflection. The V-Tip blade, constructed from tungsten carbide, is a long-lasting choice for vulcanized belts.
